Compared with the very popular  BL 154  these hooks have heavier wire (medium vs standard wire) wider gape and the eyes are in the same plane as the hook bend whereas BL154 have transverse hook eyes.  A great looking new hook design from Hends that could be a go to hook for slotted bead head flies.
